U.S. Military: Iran Is Sending Arms And Troops To Help Venezuela

December 05, 2020 "Information Clearing House" - "Forbes" - - Iran is supporting embattled Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro’s government with weapons and troops, a U.S. military official told the Wall Street Journal Wednesday, bolstering suspicions that the two governments — which have been roiled by economic and political pressure from the United States — are developing stronger military ties.
